Family

Last weekend my brother and my sister in law visited us during their honeymoon.  We didn't do so many special things, but it was a really nice time for us.
先週末、私の弟とその奥さんがハネムーンで遊びに来てくれました。そんなに特別なことはできなかったけれど、とてもすてきな時間を過ごせました。

Ajax vs Groningen

This is first time for us (me, my husband, my brother and his wife ) to stay together for a few days. It's a really short time and we didn't do so many special things, but it was a really nice time for us.
私と私のだんなさん、私の弟とその奥さんの4人で、初めて一緒に数日間を過ごしました。本当に短かったし、特別なことはそんなにできなかったけれど、とってもすてきな時間を過ごすことができました。

We can't see each other so often, but I love my family.
そんなに頻繁には会えないけれど、家族が好きです。

Leiden

Last week we planed to visit Keukenhof to see the full of tulips, if it's a nice weather. Yes, it was great!  But  we decided to visit Leiden before that.

先週、私たちはお天気がよかったら、キューケンホフのチューリップを見に行こうとしていました。

でもその前に、まずライデンを訪ねることにしました。

Finally we didn't visit Keukenhof. But we saw a lot nice things in Leiden and learned a lot. We had a nice time there. Thank you so much!
結局キューケンホフには行きませんでした。でも、ライデンたくさんすてきなものを見て学びました。すてきな時間を過ごせました。ありがとう！

What I saw in Paris

Two days before Easter break, suddenly it got really cold again here like winter and I got a fever. Unfortunately I couldn't go to Antwerp with my friend who visited us... so I stayed in bed all day long. On the next day, I didn't feel well yet, but I had no fever anymore and we left for Paris.
イースター休暇の2日前、急に本当にまた冬みたいに寒くなって、私は熱を出してしまいました。残念ながら、私の所に来てくれていたお友達とアントワープに行くこともできず、一日中お家で寝ていました。その次の日、そんなにまだ具合はよくなかったけど、もう熱はなかったので、パリへ向かいました。

 And there I have seen a lot of beautiful things. This is my third visit to Paris, but first time for sightseeing.

 そこで、私はたくさん美しいものを見てきました。パリは3回目ぐらいですが、観光は初めての気がします。

Even though they were made by someone in totally different areas and ages, they are still so beautiful for me who came from a small oriental island. Even though I can never see or talk with people who made those beautiful things, I feel something from their works.
It's just amazing, beautiful!
I hope such beautiful things will last forever.
全く違う場所や時代の誰かによって作られているのに、小さな東洋の島国から来た私にとっても美しい。作った人たちに会うことも話すことも決してできなくても、その作品から何かを感じることができる。それ自体がすばらしく、美しい！美しいものたちがこれからもずっと生き続けることを願います。

Sunday market

Today is Wednesday already, but I would like to write about Sunday. A market is held always on first Sunday of the month at Westergaspfabriek.
今日はすでに水曜日ですが、日曜日のことを書きたいと思います。毎月第一日曜日、Westergasfabriekで行われるマーケット。

The building is Westergasfabriek. It was a gas plant long time ago.
